Application Support Engineer (M/F/D) – Wetzlar, Germany

About Visitech

Visitech designs, manufactures, and sells state-of-the-art industrial direct imaging subsystems for Printed Circuit Board and Semiconductor lithography and Additive Manufacturing (3D printing) machine builders. We work closely with our international customers worldwide to ensure their success, drive innovation, and push the limits of the next-generation electro-optical products. Our team has years of experience developing and manufacturing solutions in industries as diverse as medical devices, 3D printing, lithography, and advanced display solutions.

We are looking for the right person to grow with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Engineering and Application Support to international customers (remote and onsite)
  • Operation of service and product maintenance center in Wetzlar
  • Sales Support and customer claims management in sales region EMEA/Asia/Oceania

Qualifications:

  • Educated technician or engineer with background/knowledge in engineering, optoelectronics, physics or measurement technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • Software skills desired
  • Hands-on for product assembly and operation of optoelectrical equipment
  • Customer orientation, confident demeanor, and good communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proactive and independent work, flexibility, and ability to work in an international team
  • Traveling
