Power, resolution and ultimate pixel control
The LRS 8KA is Visitech's flagship static projection system for additive manufacturing. Built around a native 4096 × 2160 DMD, advanced UV optics and a proprietary optical actuator, it delivers 8192 × 4320 resolution - more than 35 million addressable pixel positions - while maintaining the precision and stability of a true native 4K architecture.
Designed for demanding additive manufacturing systems, the LRS 8KA Laser 405 supports a range of projection lenses, allowing machine builders to optimize build size, resolution and throughput for their application. A single engine can cover a large build area at full resolution, while two engines can be stacked for even larger systems.

The LRS Laser Module 405 nm combines 96 laser diodes to generate more than 30 W of optical power. It arrives fully integrated, pre-aligned and factory-calibrated. The field-serviceable module can be replaced without rebuilding or recalibrating the optical system, helping return the machine to production sooner.

8K superresolution from native 4K
A genuine 0.98-inch native 4K DMD resolves 4096 × 2160. TI XPR mode shifts the processed image to four half-pixel offset positions, producing 8192 × 4320 resolution and more than 35 million addressable pixel positions from one light engine.

More than 30 W from one laser module
The integrated LRS Laser Module 405 nm combines 96 laser diodes to deliver more than 30 W of optical power. Constant-flux control with optical feedback helps maintain over 99% power uniformity after software correction.

One engine, fewer integration challenges
One LRS 8KA delivers the equivalent of four actuated 4K projectors. A single full-frame image removes complex slicing, edge blending and multi-projector alignment, while one Ethernet connection and a lower cooling load simplify the system architecture.
