The LUXBEAM® Lithography System (LLS) is a subsystem for machine builders/tool makers to incorporate into their next-generation direct imaging lithography solution. The LLS supports applications within advanced packaging, micro-optics, and PCB manufacturing.
The LLS comes with an in-detail documented interface and on-site support for easy integration into the new machine/tool.

The LLS is based on patented optical multiplexing technology, enabling high resolution with stitching and edge roughness in the nanometer scale.
