A new factory in the planning, team expansion, and a bright-looking market potential summarizes the first year of business for Visitech Americas, Visitech’s US subsidiary.
In just one year, the Texas team has established itself as a leading provider of high-performance projection light engines and subsystems for advanced imaging applications to the US market.
Expanding presence
The company was formed on June 27 last year, when Visitech acquired the Dallas-based DLP design house Keynote Photonics, formerly Visitech’s US distributor. The acquisition enabled Visitech to expand its presence and capabilities in the US market and leverage Keynote’s expertise and customer relationships in various segments, such as additive manufacturing, metrology, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing.

Since then, Visitech Americas has been delivering innovative solutions and services to its customers based on Visitech’s LUXBEAM® technology platform, which offers high-resolution, high-speed, and high-volume projection systems for demanding industrial applications.
New factory coming
One of the highlights of the past year was the announcement of a new factory in Texas, which will increase Visitech’s production capacity and flexibility and create new jobs and opportunities in the region. The factory is expected to be operational by the end of 2023 and will support Visitech’s growth strategy and vision to become a global leader in advanced projection technology.
