The year kicked off with the groundbreaking launch of the LRS-8KA, our pride and joy as the world’s highest-resolution DLP UV light engine for additive manufacturing in Japan and the USA. Exhibiting at SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco and TCT Japan in Tokyo amplified our excitement as attendees marveled at the unprecedented accuracy and detail in 3D printing.
Simultaneously, our tailored Japanese Visitech website emerged, reflecting our market expansion strategy and commitment to the Japanese industrial-scale additive manufacturing sector.
Breaking the pandemic barriers, our Norway HQ members finally reunited with our Shanghai team, underscoring their unwavering dedication during challenging times.
In our pursuit of customer convenience, we introduced our Product Selector tool on our websites, simplifying the selection process based on crucial specifications.
In May, we unveiled our US expansion outlook and made global news with our plans for a new Texas factory to support the expanding US additive manufacturing market locally and secure a steady product supply. The same month, a successful Rapid+TCT exhibition captivated machine builders looking to use Visitech’s technology for full-scale production solutions.

Our collaboration with Marubun Corporation strengthened our foothold in Japan’s electronic components and devices market, promising expanded reach and exceptional service quality.
To ensure consistent quality, we welcomed a seasoned global quality manager from the aerospace sector, empowering us to uphold stringent standards and elevate customer satisfaction.
Showcasing excellence globally
November saw us shine at major industry trade shows – Productronica in Munich and Formnext in Frankfurt. We presented cutting-edge innovations, impressing industry enthusiasts with our true 4K LRS-MCx 4K light engine and the game-changing LRS-Compact Series.
Additionally, Director Alfred Jacobsen’s interview in 3dprint.com shed light on our latest technology and the NEOS product platform, streamlining subsystems and offering novel upgrades.
