Where the work happens
All technology and product development happens at the headquarters in Drammen, in close cooperation with customers worldwide. Manufacturing runs in our subsidiaries in Shanghai and the USA, and sales and support sit in the USA, China and Japan.

Do I need to speak Norwegian?
No. The majority of our customers and suppliers are outside Norway, so English is the working language, and every position we advertise asks for English rather than Norwegian.
I have just graduated. Should I apply?
For some of the work, yes. Our electronics-design roles have asked for 0–3 years and encouraged new graduates by name; our test and systems roles have asked for closer to ten. Say where you are in the message field rather than ruling yourself out. The two ends of that range are both real here.
Where would I be working?
All technology and product development happens at the headquarters in Drammen, Norway, in close cooperation with customers worldwide. Manufacturing runs in our subsidiary in Shanghai and at our US factory in Texas. We have sales and support companies in the USA, China and Japan. Say in your application where you would want to be based.
