LUXBEAM® LRS-MCx WQ
Achieve maximum productivity from a single subsystem by stacking and scrolling
The LRS-MCx UV Series drives the performance of UV-SLA light engines. A narrow footprint lets modules stack with stitched images, and in a scrolling dynamic configuration that gives the highest throughput from a single-pass linear motion system.
Recommended use
- Scrolling multihead UV
- Micro 3D print

What sets it apart
-
WQXGA, scrolling
A DLP9000X/XUV 0.9″ DMD resolves 2560 × 1600 in native pixel mode under the LUXBEAM® LB9500 controller, with optional SPX subpixelation on LAMA Pro.
-
Up to 10 W of UV
460, 405, 385 or 365 nm LED options from the Bifrost LRS driver — constant flux with optical feedback, held to 99% uniformity after software correction.
-
Stackable on NEOS
Modules stack on a linear stage with alignment features for pixel-precise stitching; the shared NEOS platform brings liquid cooling, industrial Ethernet and LAMA™ Standard.

What is the LRS-MCx WQ?
A WQXGA DLP light engine for scrolling additive manufacturing — a DLP9000X/XUV 0.9″ DMD resolving 2560 × 1600 under the LUXBEAM® LB9500 controller. You integrate it into your own machine.
How much UV power does it deliver?
Up to 10 W at 460 and 405 nm, 9 W at 385 nm and 7.5 W at 365 nm, held to 99% uniformity after software correction.
Can I stack several engines?
Yes — the narrow footprint is designed for it. Modules stack on a linear stage in static or scrolling multihead configurations, with alignment features holding the stitched image pixel-precise.
What does integration involve?
LAMA™ Standard is included and its API works with any motion controller. Communication is industrial-grade Ethernet, and 10 G bandwidth supports high-speed pattern streaming.
Which lens should I choose?
It depends on your pixel pitch and build area — the lens table above lists working distance, mounting distance, pixel pitch and native image size for every PL LRS option.
