LUXBEAM® LRS-µSLA
Superior resolution modules, perfect for high-precision micro 3D printing
Tailor-made to master the highest reproducibility of precision, maximum resolution and a perfect surface finish on a micron scale — maximizing throughput without compromising accuracy, line-width tolerances, cost of ownership or manufacturing flexibility.
Recommended use
- Micro 3D print
- Scrolling
- Machine builders
- PCB manufacturing

What sets it apart
-
Micron-scale precision
A DLP9500 (UV) DMD at 5.4-micron resolution over a 10.4 × 5.4 mm native image, with line edge roughness under 500 nm and CD uniformity handled on the nanometer scale.
-
Multi-LED light source
Multiple high-power LEDs cover 365 to 420 nm, so the wavelength is selected — or swapped — for the material and the process, including multispectral options.
-
Scales with the motion system
Configure the engine in an x-y motion system and the build area scales without giving up pixel pitch; LAMA™ Pro adds sub-pixelation, edge blending, real-time warping and data streaming.

What is the LRS-µSLA?
A micro 3D print subsystem for direct-imaging additive manufacturing machines — micro printed mechanical components, lab-on-a-chip systems and similar work. You integrate it into your own platform.
How fine is it?
A DLP9500 (UV) DMD gives 5.4-micron resolution over a 10.4 × 5.4 mm native image, with line edge roughness under 500 nm. Stitching, edge roughness and Critical Dimension uniformity across the building field are handled on the nanometer scale.
How do I get a larger build area?
By configuring the light engine in an x-y motion system. Traditional systems cap the image size in square millimetres; scaling the field this way yields a far more economical batch size with no compromise in precision or accuracy.
Which wavelengths are available?
Multiple high-power LEDs covering 365 to 420 nm, with configurations selected for the material or the process — swapping between multiple and configurable wavelength sources is straightforward.
What does the software add?
The LAMA™ Pro package integrates the x-y and z motion system and multiple light engines, and adds sub-pixelation, edge blending, real-time warping and positioning of the artwork, and data streaming.
