Visitech is ready for Japan!

With a new Japanese website launched and a proper product presentation at this week’s TCT Japan 2023 exhibition, Managing Director and DLP evangelist Kazu Ohara of Visitech Japan looks forward to capturing the attention of AM machine builders and industry professionals looking for high resolution, volume, and speed.

Ranking third among the world’s countries for total manufacturing output, surpassed only by China and the USA, Japan is next in line for Visitech to introduce productivity in additive manufacturing. The country is a major candidate for adapting additive manufacturing at an industrial scale, with an increasing demand for effective, proven 3D printing technology that can handle large-scale output and throughput requirements. Gaining a solid foothold within the country’s vast manufacturing arena is Visitech’s key driver for establishing its Japanese presence.

Local presence

By offering DLP® subsystem solutions that significantly improve print productivity and quality for 3D print machine builders, the Scandinavia-headquartered company aims to meet local market expectations better with a local Japanese-speaking presence and a local-language website containing the useful product details the target users require.

High-tech at TCT Japan

At TCT Japan, Ohara and his Japan team display Visitech’s latest high-resolution 8K and native 4K projectors, as well as the revolutionary Direct Image Sintering (DIS) system for polymer powder bed fusion, using high-powered IR projectors in scrolling configurations – increasing resolution, volume, and speed over traditional PBF 3D print systems.
